| Description |
English: Chinese medical centre, Spaines Road.
The shop was previously occupied by a chemist (not Chinese) when the local health centre was on the other side of the side road, and you see a part of it in the picture. That health centre was shared between four practices. Around 2002-03 the largest of those practices moved into another purpose built centre next door (which I have also pictured). Whether the original centre is still in use I do not know, but would imagine that it is but not on such an intensive basis as before. (I could be wrong though!) |
