Description
Français : Equipement de proximité, le centre social rural œuvre sur le territoire du pays de Marcillat en Combraille depuis 1971. Initialement créé et installé à partir des besoins et à la demande des habitants, appuyé de la volonté politique de l'époque, celui-ci a su: créé, développé, proposé et pérennisé des activités et des services. Ces activités ou orientations reflètent et tiennent compte des caractéristiques du territoire avec une population à la fois rurale et urbaine.
