Leyenda: El Pueblo (separándolos) -¡Estense quietos ahora! ¿No ven que el "cuico" está pendiente"?.

Caricaturista: Pérez Solo.

Hecho: El 28 de noviembre de 1911, Emiliano Zapata con varios de sus correligionarios; Otilio E. Montaño y José Trinidad Ruiz, firmaron el Plan de Ayala. Con ese acto culminaba la desconfiada actitud política de Zapata frente al caudillo revolucionario Francisco I. Madero, y se trazaban los caminos de la historia de los siguientes nueve años y de la Revolución en general, los rebeldes del centro y sur del país exigían con las armas, que las reformas revolucionarias fuesen radicales y que beneficiaran, ante todo, a la gran masa de campesinos desposeídos de toda nación.

En la caricatura aparecen dos bandos, el primero encabezado por Francisco Vázquez Gómez y Emiliano Zapata, quienes se preparan para pelear a puños contra un Madero que desenfunda una navaja, mientras el pueblo intenta separarles, por que se encuentra próximo un policía representado por Bernardo Reyes.
