English: 191023-N-FV739-0309 Royal Brunei Air Force Base, Rimba, Brunei (23 Oct. 2019) U.S. Ambassador to Brunei Matt Matthews, U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Joey Tynch, commander Logistics Group Western Pacific, and Royal Brunei Navy First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Hj Suhaili, Royal Brunei Navy Commander, receive a brief inside a P-8 Poseidon aircraft assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 10 during a distinguished visitor tour of the aircraft in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2019. This year marks the 25th iteration of CARAT, a multinational exercise designed to enhance U.S. and partner navies' abilities to operate together in response to traditional and non-traditional maritime security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
