Gesetz zur Förderung der Jugend.

Die Deutsche Demokratische Republik hat in ihrem Gesetz zur Förderung der Jugend allen Arbeiter- und Bauernkindern, den Kindern der werktätigen Intelligenz und der Handwerker das Tor zur Wissenschaft und zur Fortbildung endgültig geöffnet. Zur besseren Ausbildung der Jugend sind zusätzliche Schulen, Lehrwerkstätten, Lehrmittel, Kinder- und Jugendbibliotheken u.v.a. vorgesehen.
UBz: Der VEB Schultheiß hat für die Kinder seiner Arbeiter und Angestellten einen der schönsten Kindergärten Berlins eingerichtet.
