Description

Ingenieure an Reissbrettern Zentralbild Ritter 11.12.67 Staßfurt: Einsatz von Plaste im Chemie-Apparatebau Im VEB Maschinen- und Apparatebau Staßfurt leistet eine Arbeitsgemeinschaft "Ökonomischer Materialeinsatz" des Filtertechnikums Pionierarbeit beim verstärkten Einsatz von Kunststoffen im Chemianlagenbau. Im Technikum wurden verschiedene Funktionsmuster von Filtern erprobt, bei denen einzelne Elemente statt aus Edelstahl aus Plaste hergestellt sind. Edelstahlelemente sind in der Formgebung und der Oberflächenvergütung sehr arbeitsaufwendig, Plasteteile lassen sich dagegen relativ billig pressen. Hier überarbeitet Ingenieur-Konstrukteur Willi Pett die Konstruktion eines Segmentes nach den bei der Erprobung gewonnen Erfahrungen. (Bitte beachten Sie auch unser Foto F 1211-18-1N)
