Ingenieure am Reissbrett Zentralbild Gahlbeck 28.10.1961 VEB Gewebeausrüstungsmaschinen Karl-Marx-Stadt arbeitet störfrei Störfrei in allen Positionen ist der VEB Gewebeausrüstungsmaschinen Karl-Marx-Stadt. Auf der Grundlage eines konkreten Programms schufen die Werktätigen in sozialistischer Gemeinschaftsarbeit auch mit Zulieferbetrieben die Voraussetzung, zehn verschiedene Arten von Zubehörteilen und Materialien in unserer Republik herzustellen, die bisher von westdeutschen Firmen bezogen wurden. Dazu zählen u. a. Anzeige- und Feuchtmeßregelgeräte für Spanntrockenmaschinen, die der Betrieb als einziger in der DDR produziert. 80 Prozent seiner gesamten Produktion liefert das Werk für den Export. UBz: Eine sozialistische Arbeitsgemeinschaft des Betriebes sorgte dafür, dass die bisher aus Westdeutschland bezogenen Zentrianlaufkupplungen für die Spanntrockenmaschinen jetzt in der DDR hergestellt werden können. Die Mitglieder der Arbeitsgemeinschaft (vlnr): Der Konstrukteur Erwin Horn, der Chefkonstrukteur Alfred Lippold und Gruppenleiter Arthur Nendel.
