For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Berndorfer, LPG, Planung der Flurbereinigung Zentralbild Schutt Kon-18.5.1960 Berndorfer Genossenschaftsbauern gehen Grenzsteinen zu Leibe-Die Mitglieder der LPG "Zum Winkel" und der LPG "Neuer Dorn" in Bernsdorf, Kreis Luckau, sind sich einig, daß es in absehbarer Zeit im Dorf nur eine LPG geben wird, und so ist es auch zu verstehen, daß beide Genossenschaften Hand in Hand arbeiten. Zur Zeit beschließen die Genossenschaftsbauern die Zusammenlegung der kleinen Schläge und tauschten außerdem noch 12, 40 ha Land gegenseitig aus, damit es ab Herbstbestellung in Bernsdorf mit der modernen Technik leichter wird. UBz: Die beiden Bernsdorfer LPG-Vorsitzenden Martin Döke (links) und Schubert (2.v.l.) sowie zwei Mitarbeiter aus der Brigate, die den Bauern bei der sozialistischen Umgestaltung halfen, sind nun dabei, die Flächen zusammenzulegen und die Fruchtfolgepläne auszuarbeiten.
