For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Quasch., 21.7.1955 Bei der Einbringung der Ernte. Wettbewerb von Kombinenführer zu Kombinenführer. Der Kombinenführer Heinz Schulz von der MTS Schönow bei Berlin hat mit seinem Beifahrer Herbert Schmidt den Kombinenführer Springer von der Mts Landsberg zum Wettbewerb herausgefordert, täglich 10 ha abzuernten. Schulz hat in den ersten 3 Tagen mit seinem Mähdrescher 32 ha geschnitten. Während der Fahrt wird bereits umgeladen, das spart jedesmal 3 Minuten Zeit. UBz: Die Kombinenführer der MTS Schönow haben einen kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafwagen. Ein kurzer Imbiß wird genommen. |
