For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Jahna, Planung der Feldarbeit ZB-Siegert-19.3.1954 LPG "Walter Ulbricht" in Jahna beendete Frühjahrsaussaat. Die Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft "Walter Ulbricht" in Jahna konnte am 17.03.1954 melden, daß sie die Frühjahrsaussaat vorfristig abgeschlossen hat. Damit ist die Genosschenschaft die erste im Bezirk Dresden, die diese Arbeiten beendet hat. Auf die Frage, warum die Genossenschaftsbauern so vorbildlich arbeiten konnten, antwortete der Arbeitsorganisator Kottmus: "Wir haben vor allen Dingen im Winter einge gute Planung durchgeführt, die wir nun in die Tat umsetzten. Besonders wesentlich war dabei die gute Zusammenarbeit mit unserer MTS Schletta, die uns in jeder Weiser vorbildlich unterstützte." UBz: Der Agronom der MTS Schletta, Koll. Rasser (rechts) legt mit dem Brigadier und Genossenschaftsbauern Pohl (Mitte) und dem Arbeitsorganisator der Genossenschaft, Koll. Kottmus, fest, welche Felder demnächst bearbeitet werden.
