For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Eichow, Bürgermeisterin mit LPG Vorsitzenden Zentralbild Klein 28.1.1953 Start in ein besseres Leben Am 18. Januar 1953 übergab der Rat des Kreises Cottbus den Produktionsgenossenschaften, zu denen sich die werktätigen Bauern aus Krieschow, Krieschow-Wiesendorf und Eichow zusammengeschlossen haben, ihre Statuten. Seit Mitte Dezember haben die Bauern in verschiedenen Versammlungen die Bildung ihrer Genossenschaft eingehend diskutiert. UBz: Die Bürgermeisterin der Gemeinde Eichow, Kollegin Jähn, überreicht dem Leiter der LPG Eichow, Kollegen Seidel, einen Blumenstrauß und verspricht gute Zusammenarbeit.
