English: German Zeppelin raid damage on the Bull & George Hotel and public house, 77 High Street, Ramsgate, Kent, England. On the night of 16th May at 1.48am (by the building's stopped clock), a bomb from Zeppelin LZ38 was a direct hit, and was one of approximately twenty bombs dropped on Ramsgate that day. Two people were killed by result of the blast. The site is now a commercial unit. |
