She has been identified. Marcia Lenore Sossoman King was a previously unidentified murder victim discovered in 1981 in Miami County, Ohio, near the city of Troy. During the years that her identity was unknown, she was nicknamed "Buckskin Girl," after the tasseled buckskin jacket that she had been wearing at the time of her death.
