| Description |
English: Borneo amber from Beradai Coal Mine, Merit-Pila, Sarawak, Malaysia. This amber is dated to the tertiary period, 15-17 millions years old. Apparently this amber was found in a coal seam which is dated to the middle Miocene epoch. Very tough but also very difficult to bring the mirror-like polished. This variety can withstand a lot of impact on hard floor. |
