Summary[edit]

Description

If these people are heading west, they could have an hours-long twilight... When I expand this as much as I can I see a twin engined plane with very large diameter engines - 757, maybe. Not a 737, 767 or A318-19-20-21, for sure. When I compare to a 777 taking off: www.flickr.com/photos/wbaiv/8500305704/ I see that the 777 has a straight cut conical tail after the constant diameter section; a symmetrical nose; a fuselage is much larger than the engines (although the engines are VERY large) no prominent landing or wing inspection light about midway along the forward fuselage diameter.

By contrast, www.flickr.com/photos/wbaiv/8500309482/

the 757 has

a curved tail cone profile, an asymmetric nose; fuselage closer to the size of the engine diameter, a prominent landing or wing inspection light on the forward fuselage.

On all 4 inspection points this silhouette looks much more 757 than 777, so I'm calling it a 757 unless corrected.

The bigger you blow this image up, the more beautiful Italian Renaissance-like the colors become. The golds down by the line of dark clouds, lower right, are particularly appealing. And the hidden reward for a close look? There are stars visible, dim to bright, one quite red over toward the right hand edge. Soooo beautiful!
