Description |
English: Plants grow from the stones of a barbeque in a patch of grass. Doughton Park Maintenance Area. Small scale features of the landscape include a stone-lined gutter along one side of the road, stone-lined headwalls, and a picnic site in the residence area. Many of these elements are shown in the earliest designs of the site from the late-1930s, using the natural-looking stonework that was common to the Rustic style. The date of construction for the picnic site is not known.
