Steps, paths, and a split-rail fence all lead up a slope towards a rustic style structure, surrounded by scattered shrubs.

Bluffs Picnic Area - Doughton Park. The picnic area comfort station and shelter, building #102, was built in 1941. In this pre-1956 view, the structure appears in a prominent position on the hillside. Since then, the vegetation has matured and this view has changed. Still the building remains in good condition and its position overlooking the road is still apparent.
