Hin danikên nêtrofîlê li dij kurmên mişexwer(parazîtî), molekulên jehrî(toksît) lixwe digirin. Kurmên mişexwer bi gelemperî ji ber xwarina xurekên nepijiyayî ve dikeve nav laş. Loma heke di nav xwînê de hejmara êzonofîlan ji hejmara asayî zêdetir be, ev rewş nîşaneya kulbûnî, alerjî an jî di nav laş de hebûna kurmên mişexwer e.
