Tiếng Việt: Đây là biểu trưng của huyện Bình Liêu, tỉnh Quảng Ninh, Cộng hoà Xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
Năm 2019, vào dịp chào mừng kỷ niệm 100 năm ngày thành lập và 70 năm ngày giải phóng, huyện Bình Liêu đã tổ chức cuộc thi sáng tác logo nhưng không có giải Nhất. Logo mã số PAD233 là một trong 2 logo được trao giải khuyến khích, sau đó logo được sử dụng trên các đường phố tại Bình Liêu. Không rõ đây là logo tạm thời hay địa phương đã thay đổi quyết định chọn logo giải khuyến khích làm logo chính thức!
Ý nghĩa biểu trưng:
Logo mang màu xanh của cây cối núi rừng, ngọn núi thể hiện địa hình núi cao của Bình Liêu, huyện cực bắc của tỉnh Quảng Ninh. Chính giữa là đóa hoa Sở - một loài hoa thuộc họ trà, nở rộ phủ trắng các triền đồi vào tháng 12 hàng năm và là điểm nhấn du lịch rất nổi tiếng của Bình Liêu.
