Description
Deutsch: im Sommer 1953 suchte Jac Brun, Fotograf der Agentur Mittet, den Bahnhof Haugastøl auf, um einige Aufnahmen von Dampfgeführten Zügen auf der Bergensbane zu machen. Zuerst sehen wir einen Schnellzug in Richtung Bergen, geführt von der Lok der NSB Reihe 31b, während eine weitere 31b auf der Drehscheibe gewendet wird. Dann folgt eine Begegnung zweier Güterzüge in diesem Bahnhof. Der Güterzug nach Bergen fährt bis hinter Finse bergauf und ist mit zwei Maschinen bespannt.
English: In the summer of 1953, Jac Brun, a photographer from the Mittet agency, visited Haugastøl train station to take some photos of steam-powered trains on the Bergensbane. First we see an express train heading towards Bergen, led by the NSB series 31b locomotive, while another 31b is being turned around on the turntable. Then there is an encounter between two freight trains in this station. The freight train to Bergen runs uphill past Finse and is hauled by two engines.
Norsk bokmål: Sommeren 1953 besøkte Jac Brun, fotograf fra Mittet-byrået, Haugastøl stasjon for å ta noen bilder av dampdrevne tog på Bergensbanen. Først ser vi et hurtigtog på vei mot Bergen, ledet av lokomotivet NSB serie 31b, mens en annen 31b blir snudd rundt på dreieskiven. Så er det et møte mellom to godstog på denne stasjonen. Godstoget til Bergen kjører oppover forbi Finse og trekkes av to lokomotiver.
