Description
English: Distorted panoramic photo taken at the main entrance/gate to the Borre National Park in the municipality of Horten by the Oslofjorden, Norway. The park contains the Borre mound cemetery (Borre Burial Mounds), a collection of Viking age burial mounds. Close by is the Midgard Vikings Centre (Norwegian: Midgard vikingsenter). Stone fence, lawn, mounds, trees, summer, field, stone with the inscription "Welcome to the Borre National Park", parked cars, etc.
Norsk bokmål: Forvrengt panoramafoto tatt ved hovedporten til Borrehaugene (Borreparken, Borre Nasjonalpark), en park i Horten kommune i Vestfold og Telemark fylke med flere gravhauger fra år 600–900. Området ligger på vestsida av Oslofjorden, på Kirkebakken nedenfor Borre kirke, Borre prestegård og Midgard vikingsenter. Steingjerde, kornåker, stier, gressbakker, trær, hauger, parkområde, steinstøtte med «Velkommen til Borreparken», sommerdag, skyer, blå himmel, parkerte biler, folk på tur, osv.
