English: If you hear the place Batangas, one of the things you will hear about is their food.
And in that, Lomi is the most popular noodle dish in the province of Batangas. In different parts of province of Batangas come different styles of Lomi (egg noodles) but it all shows one distinct attribute, the noodles is thick and sticky with a proper variety of toppings including fish balls, meat balls, shanghai, kikiam, fried pork liver, chicharon, boiled egg and many more to go. |
