| Description |
English: Avon valley above Shipley Bridge. A low winter sun shines up the narrow stretch of valley also shown, from the valley floor, in 1086632. The mixed woodland dominated by scots pine on the right is Black Brake. What looks like the river is actually the wet roadway shining blue; a tiny glimpse of white rapids is just to its right. The hill beyond is Dockwell Ridge.
