English: Northern-most sculpture of the (originally three) crucifixions on top of St. Declan's well. According to Westropp this sculpture was set up after 1852. Quote: “The third crucifix is evidently a gable cross; it is a stiff figure with a glory and a heavy loin-cloth, the hands are also greatly raised.” See Westropp, Thomas Johnson. "Notes on the Antiquities of Ardmore." The Journal of the Royal Society of Antiquaries of Ireland, Fifth Series, 33, no. 4 (1903): 353-80. https://www.jstor.org/stable/25507319.
