English: A Knobbed Whelk shell discovered at the Penny dig site March 21, 2022, at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Fla. after the meat was extracted by the Ais around A.D. 850 - 980 A.D. the Knobbed Whelk shell was used for a range of things from a container for drinking to being used as a hammer.
