Продукты реакций: 1 – L-Арабиноза (вне клетки), 2 – L-Арабиноза (в клетке), 3 – L-Рибулоза, 4 – L-Рибулозо-5-фосфат, 5 – L-Ксилулозо-5-фосфат. Ферменты: I – пермеаза, II – L-Арабинозоизомераза, III – L-Рибулокиназа, IV – L-Рибулозо-5-фосфат-4-эпимераза.
English: Chemical pathway catalyzed by enzymes encoded by arabinose operon. Reaction products: 1 – L-Arabinose (in medium), 2 – L-Arabinose (in cytoplasm), 3 – L-Ribulose, 4 – L-Ribulose-5-phosphate, 5 – L-Xylulose-5-phosphate.
