Andrew Mitchell, UK Secretary of State for International Development (r), pictured talking to refugees from Somalia in the Dadaab refugee camps in north-east Kenya today, with Save the Children CEO Justin Forsyth (centre). Mr Mitchell announced a new package of support for victims of the drought affecting the Horn of Africa, ahead of his visit to the camp.
