Distal streckt es sich bis in die Spitze der Glans, die aus einer medianen Partie, in die das Corpus fibrosum läuft und zwei lateralen besteht. Das Corpus fibrosum ist in diesem seinem distalen Teil von einer deutlichen Tunica umgeben und besteht größtenteils von Fettgewebe. Das distale Stück endet, sobald es aus der Glans getreten ist.
