| Description |
English: An unusual view of 'First Court'. Christ's College, Cambridge. See 632928 for a more typical view. The lawn, on which traditionally only the head gardner is allowed to walk, suffered from some form of disease in 2009 and it was decided to dig it all up and start again. In order to ensure a perfect lawn the ground has been sown with seed rather than use turf which might have contained the odd weed! |
