Contiene la siguiente inscripción:

ARSENIO LOPE HUERTA, `CURRO´
(1943-2021)
Amó Alcalá con pasión y trabajó sin tregua
por el Patrimonio Histórico y
el futuro de la Ciudad.
Su labor como alcalde (1983-1987)
y su permanente compromiso cultural
