English: Air Shaft near Bradford on Avon Standing in a field south west of Bradford on Avon, this structure covers an air shaft ventilating an old stone mine. There were a number of stone mines in the hill between Bradford and Westwood, most are closed now, just one remains, at Upper Westwood. |
