Summary[edit]

Description This Air Comet A310 first flew on January 15, 1988. It was delivered to Pan Am and served the legendary carrier until its demise in 1991 as N815PA. The aircraft was taken up by Delta (as well as N815PA). After it was phased out by DL in late 1994 the twin-engined Airbus was operated by Canadian carrier Air Club International (as C-GCIV), until 1997. From that year until late 2008 the aircraft flew for Air Plus Comet, Air Plus Comet Argentina and Air Comet. It was retired from the fleet before Comet went into receivership. It was scrapped around the same time the Spanish airline had to stop flying in late 2009.
