English: As part of the awarenet programme South African leaners from Joza - a township in Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape - are making African Salad called Umphokoqo. It consists of sour milk, maize meal, water and a pinch of salt. The Village Scribe Association organized this event in cooperation with Inkululeko.
