English: Afon Tywi and Tywi Forest near Dolgoch, Ceredigion The forest on the left is on the slopes of Esgair Gerwyn.
September is a particularly colourful month in the upper parts of this valley. This year the rowan trees have been especially abundantly covered in berries, adding brilliant colour as the light changes during the day. Prior to the day of this image, no rain had fallen for about two weeks. |
