Description
Deutsch: Der Portkatheter zeigte in der Kontrastdarstellung eine Leckage und wohl eine Dehiszenz an der Eintrittsstelle in die Vene. Nach operativer Entfernung der Kammer verblieb das intravasale Katheterfragment im Gefäß. Bergung von rechts inguinal mit Schlinge / Snare. Dabei Fassen des Katheterfragments ungefähr in der Mitte, strammes Halten mit der Snare und Herunterführen bis an / in die Schleuse. Dann Herausziehen zusammen mit der Schleuse.
