A streetcar passes Vancouver's Flack Block in 1947.

    Flack Block - 1947/2010

    The Flack Block is getting some sort of work done to it in the photo here, and a Woodward's W is also visible to the right, but I don't think it's the one that was on the famous spinning sign. A streetcar makes an appearance in the old photo, as well as a glimpse into the everyday fashions Vancouverites were wearing in the late 1940s.
