Description
English: Fleuron from book:
A representation of the miserable state of Barbadoes, under the arbitrary and corrupt administration of his Excellency, Robert Lowther, Esq; the present governor. Humbly offer'd to the Consideration of His Most Sacred Majesty, and the Right Honourable the Lords of His Majesty's most Honourable Privy-Council. With A Preface, containing Remarks on an Address, printed in the Postman, and in the Whitehall Evening-Post of May 14. 1719.
