English: A RELIGIOUS TREATISE BY MUHAMMAD BIN MUHAMMAD BIN MUHAMMAD AL-JAZARI (D. 1429 AD): AL-HUSN AL-HASIN

SIGNED 'ALI, OTTOMAN TURKEY, DATED AH (1)175/1761-2 AD

After al-Bukhari's Sahih, Arabic manuscript on paper, 86ff., each folio with 17ll. of black naskh script, with gold and polychrome rosette verse markers, titles and some letters picked out in red, text within red and black-ruled gold frame, with catchwords, opening folio with gold and polychrome illuminated headpiece, final folio with illuminated cartouches, in gilt brown morocco binding, some folios loose in binding, extensive old repairs
