English: A U.S. Marine Corps Amphibious Assault Vehicle with Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, transports U.S. Marines with Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, and Indonesian marines during a joint simulated amphibious assault during Landing Force Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (LF CARAT) 2015 on Bama Beach, East Java, Indonesia, Aug. 8, 2015. LF CARAT is meant to strengthen, increase the interoperability in amphibious planning and operations and the core skill sets between the United States and the nations of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
