English: A well earned pint as a soldier drinks a beer on returning from a long and arduous deployment to Afghanistan.
Around sixty soldiers from 4th Battalion The Rifles returned to their base at Kiwi Barracks in Bulford today following their return from a six month tour of duty in Afghanistan. The soldiers were based in the Sangin District of Northern Helmand and were part of the 3 Rifles Battlegroup.
