Summary[edit]

Description A room in the U.S. Capitol constructed in 1901 and decorated with murals designed by Elmer Garnsey has recently been restored. The historic murals and lunettes in the room were conserved and AOC decorative painters created an exact replica of the original border, of which only a fragment remained, and repainted other areas of the room to the original colors found through paint analysis.
