Summary[edit]

Description

This is an image that probably could not be created without AI. A 3D rendering program would result in a tiger that you could tell was not real (along with the rest of the scene probably).

It would be wildly impractical to take a real photo of this scene in real life for obvious reasons.

AI images are capable of being as realistic as photos because they are not based on lighting/rendering models like 3D programs, but on actually manipulating photos themselves. It is true that text & faces are currently distorted by AI tools though.

Made with the Bing Image Creator, powered by DALL-E 3.

One key to making good AI images is to learn something from EVERY single creation attempt, about what the AI model does and does not do well.

Many of my images follow a strategy of finding an image that came out well, and either building on that to make more complex text prompts, or trying variations of the text prompt that made a good result.
