Description
English: U.S. Africa Command’s (USAFRICOM) Deputy to the Commander for Civil-Military Engagement, Ambassador Andrew Young, visited Mozambique on April 18-19. While in Maputo Ambassador Young, who leads AFRICOM’s efforts to unite defense, diplomacy, and development to enhance stability on the continent, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, other government interlocutors, and U.S. Embassy Maputo leaders.
