Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_82738_טיונית_05.jpg Notes: מתוך סדרת נופי צומח פולשניים של עוזי פז.טיונית החולות גדלה בחולות, בצידי דרכים ובמקומות מופרעים, וכן כעשב-רע בשדות. היא הובאה לארץ ב-1975 כדי לייצב חולות במפרץ חיפה, והתפשטה תחילה בעמק זבולון, אחר במערב הגליל בשדות חוליים ובצידי דרכים, ואחר בחולות קיסריה. המין אגרסיבי, מתפשט ומסכן את הצמחיה הטבעית של חולות מישור החוף.טיונית החולות פורחת כמעט כל השנה, ממרס עד דצמבר. התפרחות צהובות, קוטרן 20 מ"מ. חפי המעטפת צרים, רעופים. הפרחים החיצוניים לשוניים. נקביים, פורים.
