Français : L'hôtel de ville de Lille se trouvait à l'emplacement de l'actuelle place Rihour ; l'architecte en était Charles Benvignat. Cette maison communale fut construite entre 1847 et 1859, à l'emplacement du palais Rihour, résidence des ducs de Bourgogne.
