Mrs. Thomas Clark to The Sussex Railroad Company,

Description of property to be conveyed to the Sussex Railroad Company by Mrs. Thomas Clark, the same being in the Town of Newton, Andover Township, Sussex County, N. J.
Being a triangular piece of land lying west of and adjoining the westerly side of the right of way of The Sussex Railroad Company described as follows:-
Beginning at the point of intersection of the division line between the lands now or formerly of Seymour M. Stickles and the said Mrs. Thomas Clark with the westerly boundary line of the lands of the said Sussex Railroad Company; said point of intersection being fourteen (14) feet distant westwardly, from a propsed fence to be erected upon a concrete retaining wall as shown upon attached map.
(1) Thence, southwardly along said westerly boundary line of the lands of the Sussex Railroad Company thirty five (35) feet, more or less, to a point eighteen (18) feet from said fence as shown upon attached map.
(2) Thence, northwestwardly to the division line between the lands of said Seymour M. Stickels and the said Mrs. Thomas Clark.
(3) Thence, eastwardly along said division line four (4) feet to the place of beginning.

Containing seventy (70) square feet of land, more or less, as shown in yellow upon attached map which map is hereby made part of this discription.
