Description
Français : Tourcoing — Les Halles.
Construite en lieu et place du château du Bailly de 1878 à 1880 sur les plans de Louis Le Blan, l'édifice se veut un symbole de la modernité urbaine prônée par la Municipalité et Charles Roussel-Defontaines, maire de la Ville de 1857 à 1879.
L'édifice change de destination pour deveni la salle de spectacle "L’Hippodrome"
