Description
English: The park is neglecting the water ground and on many parts of the lakes here in the leaves mud so extreme high up to 40 inches, that when it does rain over two days, the water gauge is raising so strong, that all is flooded there. Reasons are the lazy park clerks there, orders to do not work or do only certain work, own laws which allow maladministration and orders by the state and Russian secret service, due it would be "too good there for the citizen and for free" So it arise costs and animals dying. The clerks have too much in their administration, which are have their closed offices extra in castle buildings and counseling interviews over hours each day when they mean to eat and drink, go for a drive in the park, surfing in the internet. They got for it orders many other unknown institutions for this mismanagement. The next clue for corruption is that they get huge tax money amounts and you are see so less or nothing there. 4 cygnets survived of 7. Before they cut down the nest because it would be too big by bird ringers, which come with armed persons. Only hours later, the nest was completely sunken. The swans fled to the "Palaisteich" in the near.
