Description
English: Khai yiao ma (Thai script: ไข่เยี่ยวม้า; lit. "horse urine egg") is the Thai name for the Chinese "century egg". Here it is served with preserved ginger. It is popularly eaten together with khao tom kui (plain rice congee).
