Description
Deutsch: 15.11.2008 01731 Hummelmühle (Kreischa), Lockwitzgrund 25: Die Hummelmühle, im idyllischen Lockwitztal gelegen, wurde erstmals in der Urkunde Röhrsdorf 1694 erwähnt. Sie arbeitete als Getreidemühle und Bäckerei bis 1986/1990. Initiiert durch den 2002 gegründeten Mühlenverein und gefördert durch die Agentur für Arbeit wurde 2003 die Mühle aufwendig und liebevoll rekonstruiert und steht heute als Museum allen Besuchern offen. Komplett erhaltene Mühleneinrichtung, die 2003 / 2004 fachgerecht saniert wurde. Alle vorhandenen Maschinen wurden wieder funktionstüchtig hergestellt. Der Antrieb erfolgt zentral über Transmissionsriemen (Elektromotor) - die Wasserkraft ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Außerdem hat hier eine Firma ihren Sitz, die Gartenmschinen und Autoteile verteibt, die moto-in Hummelmühle GmbH. 2008 wurde daraus die Firma Hummelmühle-Lockwitz GmbH. Sicht von Südosten.
